It is not completely true but there is a notion that women make bad leaders because of their emotional inclinations towards certain things and how those emotions heavily influences their decision
While I can't say for a fact that it is indeed a non disputable fact
I however can say that in my own personal experience
I find it 60% true
There were some exceptions but majority was that way
it's not just patriarchy that women deal with it is also misogyny - and when the two are threaded together it is very dangerous for women; we can be powerful with grace, kind with love and forgiving but not naive ....
I always wondered why power or authority had to be so masculine coded,
A woman should be able to have her own place either feminine, soft, or sassy
