We don’t hate men, we are simply fighting for equity.
And the worst part of is that, your fellow gender will think you’re doing too much because they’re so afraid to embrace the topic so they won’t appear as a pick me😂
I actually think Feminism is tied to both concepts: Equality is simply asking for fair rights, where everyone gets equal opportunity or access to their basic human rights.
Equity on the other hand, addresses the need for systems to be put in place that allows everyone gets the support necessary to meaningfully access the opportunity. A simple example will be:
Let’s say the standard breakfast is Milk in a boarding house
1. Everyone is given one can of milk each to have for breakfast = Equality
2. Everyone is given milk for breakfast while noting that some people are lactose intolerant and maybe a regulated ration is given based on their needs, or they have access to optional meal for breakfast.
But they sure will have breakfast like everyone else without being affected by what is the systemic operandi for breakfast. I hope this explains it.

This is feminism explained not the half-baked understanding of social stratification and dynamics packaged as feminism by an ignoramus who believes men are the only problem cum cause of the female problems.

Can you hold on to the belief that God’s creation is sacred and should be protected, and then support abortion rights?
Your article explained very well, that feminism isn’t suppose to fit it into or agree with your religion. I believe in that. It’s up to you then to choose what takes precedent in your life.
Now, as a Christian, my personal convictions shape the choices I would make for myself. For example, I wouldn’t choose abortion because of my understanding of my faith and the value I believe human life has.
At the same time, as a feminist, I don’t believe my personal religious convictions should become a standard that every other woman must live by. Feminism, to me, includes respecting women’s autonomy to make decisions about their own live and even when I wouldn’t make the same decision myself.
You are right. Being a feminist and being a Christian may contradict at times but it's all leading to your conclusion which I love. In all sums up to respecting women's choices and autonomy even though you have your personal preferences

The Greek word used for "man" is anēr, which can mean either "man" or "husband", and the Greek word used for "woman" is gunē, which can mean either "woman" or "wife", depending on the context.
If you look across different Bible translations, you'll notice that some translate the verse using "husband" and "wife" instead of "man" and "woman". There are even translations that use Adam and Eve, reflecting the understanding that Paul is referring to the first husband and wife.
Because the passage is debated, I think it's appropriate to interpret it in light of other Scriptures. When we come to Ephesians 5:23 (which was also written by Paul), he explicitly says that "the husband is the head of the wife," not that "every man is the head of every woman." Interestingly, the same Greek words (anēr and gynē) are used in Ephesians 5:23, yet the context clearly points to "husband" and "wife" rather than "man" and "woman."

I had a sound debate with a friend, I told him about feminism being equal rights. He asked me a question, " since it's equal rights, if a woman hits a man, it's right for the man to hit back?" I crashed out because I feel he missed the point. I didn't know what to say at that point.
If a woman hits a man she has committed a violent offence. If a man hits her back in retaliation and not self defence, he has also committed a violent offence.
Anyone hitting anyone is against the law. Certain types of men think this argument is a gotcha, but it just demonstrates how illogical and stupid they are.

Most people misunderstand feminism as “man hating.” But the idea of feminism is gender equality, not female superiority and Men can be feminists too if they support that principle.
